Nice service .... good ambience ... extensive menu .. good and tasty

Was there for the first time on Monday evening. I ate the best roast beef of my life and the Kässpatzen win every competition. Except against my mum ... In short: not cheap but absolutely worthwhile to come here.

First of all, the always very nice waitress gets 10 * for the service from us, starter goat cheese on colorful beets, very fine, the crispy schnitzel, the very tasty cordon bleu fried in the pan, you don't have the Kässpatzen so often anymore the way it should be, the curry Geschnetzelte also delicious, everything was technically tidy and the chilled Meckatzer is good anyway ....., I can't understand the previous, sometimes bad reviews, we often and always like to come with family and Friends, thank you for the nice evening.

Recently stayed here with family. Unfortunately we were only served after about 15 minutes and after we had drawn attention to ourselves. With the choice of drinks and their prices, the thirst was no longer very great. Unfortunately, we then had to wait an unusually long time for the meal. The food, however, was ok, even if the portions didn't quite match the price. Overall, we had different expectations.

Goods with a company of 20 people planned to be a guest today with pre-ordered food. Due to the subsequent event, our time window was around 1 3/4 hours, which was known and is completely sufficient under normal circumstances. However, we only got our food after 90 minutes ..... Which is an absolute no go! The food we were presented with was absolutely mega and couldn't be beat in terms of taste / quality. But the rest of the time was just too short to enjoy it .... a shame 🤨 but there is more to it than just good food. So unfortunately only 3 stars

My compliments to the chef and the friendly service. I could easily rearrange my food. Since I couldn't decide between fried pikeperch on basil rice (I don't like basil) and fresh Allgäu cheese, I was served super delicious fried pikeperch on cheese spaetzle. Thank you so much.

From regular guest to ex guest! We have been here many times for dinner because the store has potential. The food is tasty and the atmosphere pleasant. Now unfortunately many are coming! We were here 1-3 times a week, unfortunately there is almost always the same food! Lately, one or the other dish has been exchanged, but often the dishes are very special. Limburger on his burger or smoked salmon on his salad. A few daily specials are not difficult and one can expect that at the price level. The half beer for over 3.40 is very salted for Obergünzburg and the portions are very manageable. The LAST time there was salad plate with 100gr chicken breast for 13.80 or so. Here you want to mix in the upper price range with top products, but is served by a restaurant manager in undershirt and jeans and the landlord and hostess are virtually unrecognizable go that we are served! High price level and high quality, but then everything has to fit! Another time there was a burnt rock hard brownie plus discussion that this must be so. Nevertheless, I wish the host couple every success, but you will no longer see us.

We ate very tasty. The Kässpatzen were perfect. The best I've eaten abroad so far. The onion roast was also a dream. A very cozy atmosphere and incredibly friendly wait staff. Just the right thing for a nice evening :)

With mixed feelings. First the positive. The Spanish style tuna salad tasted very good to my wife. Schnitzel was only available on request. Apparently it was a tourist menu that we were given first. The schnitzel was then quite cheap, which was also reflected in the taste. We rate the food with 3 1/2 stars. The extremely friendly and attentive service with 5 *****. The ambience of the beer garden is appropriate with 1 *. Unadorned, bare, sometimes stained seat cushions, weathered tables, etc. So the overall impression is just with 3 *** stars because of the nice service.
